    Do I need a new Hub???

    Now my thermostats don't work lol! The one is 15 feet from the Hub. Says it's connect and shows temp in app but can't be controlled by app! Never ending! I should be getting paid to keep my house lights on, heat on, house secure........ or maybe just hire a live in maid and Butler to keep things running! I took the batteries out for 30 seconds and put them back and still doesn't work.

    I made a video demo of how to setup IrisPlus using IFTTT to trigger Alexa to run applet to write to Dropbox which will in turn activate a scene to raise the blinds.

    How do you turn off santa tracker? When I see it I just think why are they wasting time on lame features like this when every second should be spent on stability and parity. Not a stupid gimmick Poor decision which is what I expect from Iris.

    Update 1.15 is being submitted to the Google Play store. It will be available to iOS users once approved by the Apple Store. This release contains the following: Feature: Touch ID Enablement for iOS Devices Iris users accessing their system with an iOS device will now be allowed to log in to the app with a simple touch of their finger.Feature: Santa Tracker 2016 Santa Tracker is a seasonal feature we re-enabled that allows parents and children to ‘track’ Santa’s movements through your home on Christmas Eve while helping ‘prove’ to children that Santa is, in fact, real. Santa Tracker is for ‘entertainment’ purposes only and does not require the purchase of any sensors for this feature to work.     This is why I always pull two or three off the hook and take one from the back of the display. At my store more often than not the front product on the Iris shelf is a returned one, especially true in the last year.

    Reworked Thermostat Controls

    Essentially, yes. I have since given up on the Iris thermostat and returned it as I didn't like how it functioned. I have been MUCH happier with the Ecobee as it behaves just the way I always wished the Iris thermostat would.

    It's interesting that we'll pay $50 to automate a light switch so we don't have to take 5 seconds to walk over to it and turn it on, but we are lazy if we don't wanna wait 3 minutes on coffee... ?

    Iris App Release Notes: 1.15

    Wasn't on the list of fixed items but the still camera shot is still not working for me. See absolutely no difference in this version and the last, well there was the Santa tracker, which I hid.

    Dear Lowe's Iris, In the next app release, is there any chance we can get the thermostat to treat its schedule as periods of time rather than discrete set points?

    Just the sort of thing I'm looking for. Questions answered on Amazon confirm that it works with Smart Things and Vera.
