  1. I did. I meant I had to print out my map three times this weekend troubleshooting issues with two new zwave devices. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Look at the text portion of your map when you open it. You have a graphical part (map itself) and the text from which the map is drawn. You will have a list of ids and the number on the map. Takes a little bit of work to pair them all up but I have done it three times this weekend alone, lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Not sure if you can on hose controllers, never tried. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Mine do also. Never really messed with that, that might be for the sprinkler controller, not sure. I just left them all zone 1 since they were hose controllers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Don't click the circle, that is to enable it. Click the word or the arrow on the right. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Click in the middle where it says "weekly" or whatever you want to schedule. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Right above where you pulled the map from you should see a link that says "To view your protocol ID's click here" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. You have to click the little schedule icon below the device. You can see it in the images you posted, bottom middle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. My friend text me asking if mine was acting up was the only reason I checked mine. The light was still green on the hub so who knows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Working again. 🤦‍♂️[emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Is anyone else's iris not working? My app won't launch and Alexa says device offline, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I have two new switches that I installed and they will not report their status until several minutes later if at all. I have three V2 smart plugs in the room outside the door (bathroom switches) and the zwave switch inside the bedroom works fine. If I take the hub in there as I did when I paired them, it shows up immediately when I turn them off/on. Anyone pair up a new zwave switch since the update? I can control them instantly with the app, just manually turned on they don't say they are turned on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I did a post a while back from issues I was having with gen 2 smart plugs repeating. Apparently it is very important that you pair these within 10 feet of the hub and let them sit 5+ minutes to stabilize the networks before moving them to their permanent home. If not, the zigbee will work but the zwave radio pairing will fail and they won't repeat z-wave. I had to remove, reset, and re-pair all of mine when iris support said two of them weren't repeating zwave but they couldn't tell me which ones. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Yeah I already reported it on the official forum under the bug section and they said they are aware of it and are working on a fix. What I did was just left both active and went to the website and changed it to inactive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
