Me also.  (red flashing, slower green flashing). App appears to try to connect, but then prompts me after thinking about it. And I don't know my password unless I look it up.

I might have caused it. I disarmed my alarm around that time with keypad, and tried to log into app to see which devices were disconnected from previous alarm attempt earlier. (Nope, I was 7:28 pm EST)

Red  stopped flashing and green is solid  8:06pm EST.

And no need to find my password. App logged back in.

Mine went offline around 6:40pm CST, I noticed it flashing red for about 20 minutes before I rebooted the hub. It came back up a few minutes later, I originally thought the hub reboot fixed it, I'm actually happier finding out it wasn't my hub since I couldn't fix it like that remotely.

I noticed it flashing red for about 20 minutes before I rebooted the hub.

I was hesitant to mess with mine because if it was a firmware update (we are never notified), then it would have bricked my hub rebooting while it was flashing firmware.  I usually check here first before I touch it.  I could only imagine the pain of having Iris without this forum and having to rely on level 1 support  :o .

My hub started the same sequence of LED flashing yesterday evening but I didn't take note of the exact time. I was passing through the room and noticed the hub flashing. I know the LAN was still up so I figured it was an update being secretly uploaded to the hub without my knowledge.

Since that time the following has been logged in history:

8/17/16
23:06 Went to sleep.

8/18/16
05:47 The HOME scene ran but no one came home, we were both already here and fast asleep.

So now my alarm has been turned OFF with no notice and we are both still sound asleep.

I think they call this maximum security.
05:50 Tilt sensor #2 decided to reconnect to the hub. I am still asleep so nothing I did.
06:22 GE Outdoor Switch #1 disconnects from the hub for unknown reason.
06:22 GE Outdoor Switch #3 disconnects from the hub for unknown reason.
06:22 GE Outdoor Switch #2 disconnects from the hub for unknown reason.

The current list of disconnected devices as of 06:42 today

No of                                                                 Communication
Devices  Description                                         Protocol
   1          Utilitech Leak Detector TST01-1        Z-Wave
   3          GE Outdoor Switches 45635             Z-Wave
   1          GE Plug-in Switch 12719                   Z-Wave
   1          Tilt Sensor NCZ-3014                        ZigBee

My morning routine will include trying to get everything
working again, but if past experience is any indication
that won't happen.

Maybe after fiddling with the outdoor switches for a while
I will be able to get them reconnected. The tilt sensor will
pair back up but before the day is over will disconnect again.
The leak detector is a lost cause and will not stay connected.

I bought it just before I upgraded to the new hub and it has
always had problems. Now if the space I wanted to monitor for
potential leakage was located within 6 feet of my hub, then it
might work as if I leave it next to the hub is does not loose
the connection, at least for the two days I left it there.

Maybe I should move my hub into the basement next to the sump.
Does the V2 hub like damp environments? All I have to do is run
an Ethernet cable down to there along with moving my UPS.

Good thing I am retired and have nothing better to do all day
than to keep this crappy system up and running.

Oh and the topper was the email I received yesterday evening
from Lowes saying my free trial period for the PREMIUM service
will be ending soon. Man was I glad to hear that.

I applaud you guys for being so patient. For me it was more like life it too short dealing with this stuff. I found myself wasting precious hours. I appreciate the efforts that the Lowe's engineers have put into V2 but if it's their best, well, their best is not good enough.

Today's happenings

06:34 Tilt Sensor #3 decides to reconnect

06:57 Outdoor Switch #1 disconnects

06:59 Outdoor Switch #2 disconnects

07:17 Plugin Smart Switch disconnects

07:17 Outdoor Switch #3 disconnects

The leak detector remains disconnected since 8/19

despite repeated attempts to pair it up again with

the hub over the past 2 days.

I'm glad I got this Iris system, it has given my retirement a purpose,

and running all over the house pairing up devices gives me some

needed exercise too. I hope Lowes doesn't find out and want to bill

me for all this fun I've been having since transitioning to the "new and

improved" hub.

Anyone else notice the brief outage around 6-6:10 PM EST?

I just looked at my Hub and its says it has only been online an hour or so since 6:21PM.  I didn't reset it so I guess something happened.

I didn't noticed any problems from it.

After every update, my system gets wonky. I think it is because of its physical size and the number of devices.

It is still lagged this morning. I have motion sensors in several room that turn lights off and on based on motion and this morning they are lagged by 15 seconds.

I've lost my trust in the entire Iris system. Stick a fork in me, I'm done.
