    Alarm went off

Your alarm history along with the email notification should tell you which device triggered the alarm.

    Iris web portal V1.3.1

Here is a screen shot with a modem and a zwave heal needed. I'm going to kick off that zwave heal later tonight.

You would end up paying almost twice as much for a SmartThings hub over a new Iris hub. The cameras you have wouldn't work well with ST (you could get them to do photo bursts on trigger but not much more) If the contact sensors are v1 (more squared corners) they wouldn't work, if they are v2 (rounded corners https://www.lowes.com/pd/Iris-Contact-Sensor-Works-with-Iris/999925302) they would work with ST. ST is compatible with a much wider selection of devices however their supported list is about the same size as Iris and anything that isn't supported and only compatible requires community created device type handlers and smart apps. Even their supported locks don't support pin management without a community created smart app. ST alarm alerting is only a push notification rather than a phone call which for some people makes it less likely to be noticed. I'm not saying ST is a bad choice but it isn't without its challenges as well.

    Historical temp & energy reporting

That's my thing as well. We were promised parity with V1 from the get go. It's still not happened almost a year later and we're still far from parity IMO. I'm just getting tired of being pissed on and being told by the Iris team that it's raining. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

    Alarm went off

I had my alarm activated once when unexpected, but it was because the battery half of the contact sensor on my shed door let loose and fell half off the door, I since put a screw through the back of the contact sensor to make sure it wouldn't happen again.
