Garage Door Gone From Doors and Locks

I have noticed that my garage door is no longer showing under doors and locks in the app but I can see it and control it under devices. Anyone else seeing something like this?

    Batteries Depleting Rapidly

Anyone seeing their devices chewing though batteries at a quicker rate? Seems when the contact sensor dropping off problem started I noticed batteries going dead in several devices also. One of them was the keypad in the kitchen. So these batteries are only a week or two old and I got this, this AM “Your Keypad - Kitchen's battery level at Home is low. Change your batteries as soon as possible.” I looked yesterday and the battery was 60% which was surprising since I just replaced the batteries and now it’s dead? I have several other devices that report below 50% that I don’t think should be.

    Iris Web Portal

I can’t login to the site on my phone. I think since the site ssl cert is bad, it won’t allow passing credentials to it. Like said above, change the HTTPS to HTTP Edit: mine won’t login with http either on my phone, haven’t tried a PC yet.

So I got the Pet Door...

Put this in a feature suggestion on the official site and they might look into adding it back in.

    Batteries Depleting Rapidly

Interesting how my battery went from 90% yesterday before the firmware downgrade to 100% today after it [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Batteries Depleting Rapidly

I called and they pushed the firmware back to 11005310 so hopefully that will do it. The batteries dropped to 90% in two days so if they last longer than 10 days, I would call it fixed. I will keep you posted, thanks for looking into this!

    Batteries Depleting Rapidly

Thought about opening it up and cutting the wire on the IR. Just interesting how two different keypads are doing it so that would point to firmware or something like that in my opinion, but who knows. For now I will do without them

    Batteries Depleting Rapidly

Made it just 10 days on the new batteries, and different keypad so it is doing it on two different keypads. Just got the low battery email again. I guess my only option is going to be finding a 3v power adapter and hardwiring the dang thing. Replacing batteries every 10 days isn’t going to cut it.

    Batteries Depleting Rapidly

Since the batteries were still in the 30 day window, I took them back and exchanged them. Also I had another keypad sitting in a bin. I had one and they sent me another because of the non beeping keys they messed up with a firmware update a while back.(didn’t fix it) When I moved I just used the keypad they sent me and it was chewing batteries. I put my original one back up with the exchanged batteries this weekend, so I will see what happens with this now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Batteries Depleting Rapidly

Well, I replaced my keypad batteries with brand new ones from Lowes, energizers, on March 31st and guess what. Low battery notification again! I’m done with this. It is chewing a set of batteries every 15-20 days. Anyone else have a V2 chewing batteries? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Camera Infrared Settings

On iOS, 2.9.5, if you change your infrared settings from auto to something else, it won’t go back to auto. I had to use the website to change it back. Submitted it to the Iris site also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Halo Light

I turn on the Halo light in the morning so I can get ready for work and I have the intensity set all the way up so the numbers are 255 255 255 (which the apps won't set it to a perfect 255 for some reason) and it will work fine the first morning that it comes on. On the second morning it resets itself back to something else other than max intensity like 0 255 255 on the color scale so it isn't as bright. For some reason Iris will not keep the settings on the color for the Halo smoke detectors.
