  1. I have a version 2 hub that has been running fine for over a year and I got an alert that 4 out of the 15 devices lost connection. Went and checked the hub which was still plugged in (power & Ethernet) but had no status lights working on the front. The. Green and orange on the back with the Ethernet were working though. Outlet tested fine, power supply tested fine, new batteries did not help the cause and still unable to get any front lights to work. Any ideas? I also tried the red reset button without any success. I thought it was odd for the Lights on the Ethernet port to work when hooked up with the power supply.
