    Exactly. V1 worked great - very few issues with disconnects, etc. V2 was horrible with disconnects and stability. I switched the majority of my stuff to SmartThings myself and have stability again.

    Anyone have RMA information

    I've seen several posts about returning Iris items to Lowe's, and an RMA number has been mentioned several times but I've yet to actually find it. I have been very nice and polite, have all of my items bagged separately with the Lowe's item numbers written on each, and have not been able to return them yet. As of now, the ASM is supposedly contacting Iris to find out what's going on (she wasn't aware of V1 and V2 and the change/problems etc) and neither was the returns clerk either. So far I have not been called back, and I would like to get this resolved quickly. Having this RMA number might speed things up. If anyone can help me that would be very much appreciated.

    Hub Ofline Notifications

    If V2 notified immediately when a device was disconnected, then every V2 owner would immediately become aware of how often devices drop and reconnect. I thought my devices were stable until I happened to stumble upon a disconnected device in my list, and now several times a day I am checking my device list looking for the red dot, and am amazed at how often I have a device disconnected. Before looking at my device list, I thought everything was stable.

    GE Outdoor Plug

    This is the 2nd time this has happened: one of two of my GE Outdoor Plugs is reporting "offline" with the red dot next to the device, yet it is still connected because the schedule is still turning it on/off, however I can't control it manually through the app. But if I go out to the plug and turn it off then back on manually with the switch, then Iris reports it as online and it's normal again.     That's hilarious - opened right after updating and of course it immediately crashes. Opened it again and it worked but my favorites were still gone until I go in and de-select a favorite then reselect it, then all my favorites show up again.
