    No ATT Modem Service with New Hub

    When I still had my OLD hub, I called Iris and was assured that the AT&T modem could be used as a back up to my cable connection on BOTH my OLD hub and the NEW hub when it was received. With that assurance, I purchased the modem/dongle and installed it In the old hub and it worked great; I gladly paid the extra $5.00 per month to ensure connectivity. I received the new hub and installed it last month. The modem/dongle would not work. I called Iris and was told (in January) that the NEW HUB will NOT work with the modem/dongle and there is no back up connection. WHEN will the new hub software be modified to recognize and use as a back up connection the ATT modem/dongle?????
