Although the redemption process for my “place(s)” was completed on 31 March 2019, I have not yet received my Visa prepaid card. It has been seven months. Further, to the best of my knowledge, I never received an email with the tracking information for the mailing of the aforementioned card. Has anyone else had this problem? If, so what did you to correct it? Any suggestions?
