magic rules based on temperature from sensors missing

On V1, you could set magic rules 'when temperature from a sensor rises/falls above/ below a certain temperature, then control a device'

I used this (often using a contact sensor or the smart thermostat) to control an outlet or smart plug connected to either a space heater or window unit air conditioner. This made it a poor man's way to get zoned heating/cooling in specific rooms.

This rule appears to be missing in V2 entirely.

Here's an example which includes temp to activate a device if triggered during a schedule.

When the Boat Motion Sensor temperature goes below 20 °F then turn the Dock Aerator (Smart Plug) on for 10 minutes (1:00am - 5:00am)

This keeps my boat dock from freezing which could cause damage to my boat lift and dock!

This friend of mine would say this is a 1st world problem.
