Hub Battery backup not working?

Hey guys,

When I unplug the hub, the battery backup is not working. Batteries have been replaced and have been tested with multimeter. Wondering if the diode went bad. Anyone else have this problem?

If I need a new hub, is there a way to backup my devices or do I have to go through the process of reconnecting everything?

Thanks!

Now that you mention it, mine does that also. If I want to unplug it to move it where I can get closer to something paired, I put batteries in there and then unplug it. It always dies and takes several times playing around with the batteries to get it where it will stay on. Not sure what combo works but it finally acts right after a few tries. I don’t leave batteries in it because don’t want to risk the leaking and it is on an APC1500 so it’s good there.
