Thanks to OHTRTA for this suggestion.  If you add to this post please just post a description of the video and the link.  I'll update this post with credit to you, your description and link to the video. I'll then remove your post so that all descriptions and links will be in this one post and hopefully make it easier to find the video without wading through dozens of posts.

 

OHTRTA says, NOTE: Although the video does have one huge mistake. The devices being paired will NOT appear until after the hub is reconnected to the internet!!!

How to Reset Contact Sensors - Iris Training

Learn more about Iris at http://www.Lowes.com/Iris. In the event that you need to remove or repair a device, log in to the Iris website. Locate the device that you wish to remove and click "Manage". From the device setting screen select "Remove Device". To repair, remove the battery from the sensor for 30 seconds and make sure your hub is in pairing mode. Re-insert the battery, press the little white button inside the case 8 times within 10 seconds to produce and indicator light. Once the contact indicator light stops flashing your device is repaired. .

How to Reset a Keypad - Iris Training

Learn more about Iris at http://www.Lowes.com/Iris. In the event that you need to reset or remove your device log onto your Iris page and remove the device from the device settings page. To reset a keypad remove the backing of the device and all batteries for 5 minutes. Replace the batteries and press the "ON" button 8 times within 10 seconds so that it can pair with the hub. Once the "ON" button has stopped flashing the device will be paired back with Iris.
